Yup, RobotLegs is totally free of Flex Framework dependencies, and can be used to build pure AS3 projects.

For now, I don&#039;t think you can use it easily with the Flash IDE (CS3/4), but you can compile plain AS3 projects with FlashBuilder, FlashDevelop, TextMate, the command line, etc.</description>
